Created by Nahji Chu, it’s a modern Vietnamese dining room framed by a lush outdoor garden of palms, umbrellas and greenery that makes the street feel alive again. The menu celebrates flavour and freshness — rice paper rolls stacked with herbs, crisp bánh xèo pancakes, wok-fried pork belly, grilled lamb cutlets, and plenty of vegan and gluten-free choices. Inside, the Green Room offers a private space for groups, while outside the terrace buzzes with locals sharing food under the trees.
